A North Georgia transplant by choice, Dr. Mark Ferdos grew up in Cobb County but made Habersham County home in 2016 — and he hasn't looked back. He's the kind of dentist who remembers your name, cracks a joke to take the edge off, and genuinely loves what he does.
Dr. Ferdos earned his BS in Biotechnology summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University, then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the Medical College of Georgia. He conducted research at Emory University and published work in pathology and oncology.
His clinical focus spans cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, and sedation — including board certification in conscious IV sedation. When he's not in the office, you'll find him in the yard, out fishing with Maple the dog, or cheering on the Falcons and Dawgs with his wife Dr. Meg and their three daughters — Louvie, Hazel, and Georgie.
A true Habersham County native, Dr. Megan Kleinert Fairbairn grew up in Alto, Georgia and was deeply involved in her community from an early age. After graduating from Habersham Central High School, she earned her BS in Chemistry summa cum laude from the University of Georgia.
Dr. Fairbairn went on to complete her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at the Dental College of Georgia, where she served as a tutor and was actively involved in both the American Association of Women Dentists and the Christian Medical & Dental Associations.
Her philosophy centers on compassionate, prevention-focused care. She believes in empowering patients with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions about their smiles. When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Fairbairn enjoys Jeep rides and lake days with her husband Michael — her high school sweetheart — along with traveling, crafting, and cheering on the Dawgs.
